Set Up Lobby Max on Any Device - PC, Console & Mobile

What You Need

Before you start, you need three things:

• A Lobby Max account - create one on the homepage and start the free trial, no credit card required
• Activate clicked in the dashboard - this registers your internet connection
• Your Primary DNS and Secondary DNS addresses copied from the dashboard

• Mobile - Android and iPhone/iPad for Warzone Mobile

Every guide follows the same pattern: copy your DNS addresses, enter them in the device's network settings, restart, and verify.

How This Actually Works

Lobby Max is a DNS-based routing service. When you change your device's DNS, it starts asking our servers where to find things. We answer the game's matchmaking lookups and route them through the region you chose in the dashboard - while your gameplay traffic stays on the normal connection. That's why your ping holds up.

Two consequences worth knowing:

• DNS is set per network interface. Configure your Wi-Fi, then plug in an Ethernet cable, and that wired connection is back on your ISP's DNS until you configure it too.
• A changed network needs re-activating. Router reboot, ISP reassignment or a different Wi-Fi means your device settings stay valid, but the dashboard needs a one-click Re-activate. You'll experience this as "worked yesterday, not today."

Router-Level Setup

Setting DNS on your router covers every device at once - no per-device configuration. The principle is the same two addresses: Primary DNS and Secondary DNS.

Router menus vary too much by brand and model for one guide, so this is the one setup we don't walk through step by step. The dashboard shows your two addresses under Set up your gaming device; the router admin panel just needs them in its DNS fields. If your router menu is unfamiliar, the per-device guides below work just as well.

Quick Answers

Do I need to set up every device? No - only the ones you game on. Each device needs its own DNS configuration, but they can all use the same two addresses.

Can I turn it off? Yes - set DNS back to Automatic on any device and it's back to normal in about thirty seconds.

Will I get banned? No. Lobby Max is a network setting on your own hardware. No game files are modified, and nothing runs alongside the game. It changes which region the matchmaker sees - nothing inside the game itself.
