Check Your Lobby Max Location - In-Game Region

Why This Check Matters

Lobby quality is subjective and takes games to judge. The Geographical Region readout is not - it's immediate and unambiguous.

If the game shows the region you chose in the dashboard, your DNS routing is live and Lobby Max is doing its job. If it shows your real region, the connection isn't routing yet - and this page tells you exactly how to fix it.

Check the Geographical Region

On PlayStation, Xbox and PC:

1. Launch the game and pick the title - Warzone, Black Ops 6, Black Ops 7 or MW3
2. From the main menu, open Settings (cog icon, top right)
3. Open the Account & Network tab
4. Select Network Info
5. Read the value under Geographical Region

It should match the server you chose in the Lobby Max dashboard under Choose your server - and the dashboard should show Active with that server Connected.

Warzone Mobile

On Warzone Mobile, use the same in-game path where available: Settings → Account & Network → Network Info → Geographical Region.

The readout behaves the same as on console and PC - it reflects the region your connection is routing through right now.

If the Region Is Wrong

If the region is wrong or unchanged, work back through your device guide in this order:

1. Is the dashboard showing Active and a Connected server? If not, click Re-activate - one click, and your device settings stay valid
2. Was the device fully power cycled - shut down and unplugged for a full 30 seconds, not standby?
3. Is the phone or PC you used for the dashboard on the same network as the gaming device? A guest Wi-Fi won't be covered
4. Is IPv6 disabled? On Windows, untick it on the network adapter. On consoles, disable it at the router - there's no console-level toggle
5. On iOS, is Private Relay off?

Nine times out of ten, one of these five is the answer.
