Lobby Max is the easiest way to get easier lobbies in Call of Duty Warzone and Black Ops 6. No hardware needed, no complicated configuration. Just sign up, activate, and paste DNS - you're in.

This guide walks you through every step. If you follow along, you'll be in your first easy lobby in under 5 minutes.

1

Create Your Free Account

Head over to lobbymax.com and click the "Start Free Trial" button at the top of the page.

  • What you need: Just an email address
  • What you don't need: A credit card. Your 3-day free trial is completely free with no payment info required.
  • Time: ~30 seconds

💡 Tip: Use the same email you use for gaming so you never forget your login. You can change it later in settings.

2

Log into Your Dashboard

Once signed up, log into the Lobby Max portal with your new credentials. The portal is your command center - everything happens here.

  • URL: /portal on the website
  • Login: Your email and the password you chose

You'll land on the dashboard showing your subscription status and connection controls.

3

Activate Your Connection

In the portal dashboard, click the "Activate" button. This registers your internet connection to our network so we can route your matchmaking traffic optimally.

  • Auto-detects your current location and assigns the nearest server
  • Takes about 5-10 seconds
  • Once activated, you'll see a "Connected ✅" badge

💡 Tip: Make sure you're connected to the internet you'll be gaming on when you activate. If you switch networks later, reactivate from the dashboard.

4

Copy Your DNS Servers

After activation, the portal displays two DNS server addresses. These are the magic numbers that redirect your matchmaking traffic.

  • Two addresses (e.g., 148.135.160.161 and 108.181.66.205)
  • Copy both - you'll need them for the next step
  • These are unique to your account
5

Configure DNS on Your Device

Now paste those DNS addresses into your device's network settings. The exact steps depend on your platform:

🖥️ PC (Windows)

  1. Open Network & Internet Settings
  2. Click Change adapter options
  3. Right-click your connection → Properties
  4. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
  5. Choose "Use the following DNS server addresses"
  6. Enter both addresses and save

🎮 Xbox

  1. Go to Settings → Network → Network Settings
  2. Select Advanced Settings
  3. Choose DNS Settings → Manual
  4. Enter both DNS addresses and save

🎮 PlayStation

  1. Go to Settings → Network → Set Up Internet Connection
  2. Choose your connection type (Wi-Fi or LAN)
  3. Select Custom setup
  4. Set DNS to Manual and enter both addresses
6

Launch Call of Duty and Enjoy

That's it. Launch Call of Duty Warzone or Black Ops 6 and jump into a match.

You should immediately notice:

  • Easier lobbies - less SBMM stacking
  • Lower ping - optimized routing
  • 🛡️ DDoS protection - your real IP is hidden

💡 Pro Tip: Your first few matches may still feel normal - the system takes a game or two to recalibrate. Stick with it, and you'll see the difference.

Troubleshooting

Not seeing easier lobbies? Make sure you've configured DNS on the correct network adapter and that you're connected to the same network you used during activation.

Getting connection errors? Double-check the DNS addresses - they're case-sensitive and need to be entered exactly as shown in the portal.
